Windows taskbar clock displays today's date and time in a predefined format, without seconds or a day of the week. You can not customize what date/time information to display.
You can click the clock to open a calendar.
If you hold a mouse over the clock, you can see today's day of the week as well.
You can add additional time zones to display when you click the clock or hover over it, but you can not see them right in the taskbar.
